Azjol-Nerub

Azjol-Nerub is a level 72-74 instance in Wrath of the Lich King located in western Dragonblight. It's accessed via Star's Rest (Alliance) and Agmar's Hammer (Horde). It's entrance is located underground near Kilix the Unraveler who is also an important quest NPC. AN has 3 bosses (Krik'Thir the Gatewatcher, Hadronox and Anub'Arak) which are protected mostly by level 72-73 Undead Spiders.

Bosses

Krik'thir the Gatewatcher

Krik'thir has a periodic AoE Curse Curse of Fatique which deals a decent amount of damage and slows targets. This is difficult for melee to avoid so your healer should be ready. He also summons adds which should be dealth with immediately.

Hadronox

There are aggresive Nerubians who will assist us during this fight, however they will turn against you once Hardrox dies.
Hadronox uses Web Grab which pulls a player towards him.
Hadronox will try to leach your health using Leech Poison

Anub'arak

Anub'arak uses a Pound ability which does significant damage and stuns enemies infront of him.
At 66%, 33% and 15% Anub'arak will submerge into the ground becoming invulnerable. He will use Impale a location with spikes from the ground doing damage and throwing players into the air, spread out to avoid it. During this time you should switch focus to killing the adds.
