This is my favorite spot to farm eternals at, period. You are looking for Raging Boiler. The best part about this area is that the mobs are low level, and you can farm crystallized water from Boiling Spirit and air from Enraged Tempest in large quantities while waiting for respawns. I personally have been able to average over 15+ eternals per hour while farming this area.
The Storm Peaks
Storm Peaks Eternal Fire
These two areas are really great for farming Eternal Fire. Very easy to average over 10 eternals per hour if you are lucky enough to get the spawn solo. The mobs you are looking for in Area 1 are Wailing Winds. The spawns you are looking for in Area 2 are Seething Revenant.
I hope you are able to farm as many eternals as I have using these spots. A lot of people will also recommend the Wintergrasp spot. However, I do not recommend this spot as there is a high probability of PvP, which will ultimately reduce the speed at which you are farming eternals.

This sadly needs to be updated, the "Wailing Winds" are the Scions of Storm now, and also drop "Relics of Ulduarr"...
